Who we are

This site and its services are provided by P4 One LLC, a New Jersey limited liability company, under the brand Start P4 One. “We,” “our,” and “us” refer to that operating team.

What we provide

Start P4 One provides starter-website design and build services — a focused launch site delivered on a short timeline. Scope, package, and timeline are confirmed with you before work begins.

Payment & refunds

The flat $499 payment secures production time and reserves project scheduling. Because work begins after payment confirmation, the payment is non-refundable once processed.

If a cancellation request is submitted within 12 hours of payment and before any project work has begun, P4 One LLC may, at its sole discretion, issue a refund minus processing fees.

Delivery

Website builds are typically delivered within 5–7 business days unless otherwise agreed.

What we do not provide

The starter tier does not include a full custom design system, brand identity, ongoing retainer, or large multi-page builds — those are handled by P4 Web Studio. We don’t certify legal or accessibility compliance; accessibility work follows the WCAG 2.1 AA framework as informational monitoring.

Acceptable use

You agree to use this site lawfully and not to disrupt, attack, scrape abusively, or misuse it. We may suspend access that threatens the service or other users.

Intellectual property

We retain ownership of our brand, design system, code, and templates. Content and deliverables we produce for a paying client belong to that client once the engagement is fulfilled, subject to the agreement between us.

Payment & delivery

Packages are paid via Stripe before or at project start, per the agreed scope. Turnaround depends on receiving your content and timely feedback.

Limitation of liability

The site and services are provided “as is.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, P4 One LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the site. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, and any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in New Jersey.

Changes

We may update these terms; the “Last updated” date above will move when we do.
