Deposit & Refund Policy

P4 Start™ is operated by P4 One LLC.

Deposit

The $250 deposit secures production time and reserves project scheduling. Because work begins after payment confirmation, the deposit is non-refundable once processed.

Limited exception

If a cancellation request is submitted within 12 hours of payment and before any project work has begun, P4 One LLC may, at its sole discretion, issue a refund minus processing fees.

Final balance

Final balance payments are non-refundable once the website draft has been delivered.

Delivery

Website builds are typically delivered within 5–7 business days unless otherwise agreed.
